We've taken The Chiefs legendary LOADED GUNPOWDER recipe and combined it with our mouthwatering Biltong.

Salty and Peppery, covered with activated charcoal that’s been COLD smoked over AUSTRALIAN REDGUM. Gunpowder Biltong goes off like a BANG!

Black and gritty from our unique smoked charcoal seasoning, this one looks strange to the uninitiated but don’t be afraid, you know you wanna try our salty, peppery, Redgum Charcoal infused Biltong!

Our activated charcoal, made from Australian Red Gums, is cold smoked with Cherry and Redgum. This charcoal absorbs a lot of smoke during the process.

THE CHIEF'S BILTONG RECIPE

Our Biltong uses a very old traditional South African recipe. These ingredients are used to flavour but also preserve the beef. Some brands soak their Biltong in vinegar to preserve it and this can dominate the flavour. Not our Biltong.

We sprinkle unique spices over our Traditional Biltong to give you the best quality Biltong with a huge range of flavours to chew through.

The Chief's Biltong is made from GRASS-FED Australian cattle. His marinades are all HAND CRAFTED and unique.
